1. Who we are
Instituto Sapiência Ensino e Pesquisa LTDA (CNPJ 52.020.596/0001-95), based at Av. Maranhão 304, Bairro dos Estados, João Pessoa – Paraíba, 58030-260. We are the data controller for personal data processed via this website.
2. What data we collect
When you submit a form (contact, programme enquiry, partnership request) we collect your name, email, telephone, the message you send, the page you submitted from, your browser locale, an HMAC-hashed IP address (not the raw IP), and your user-agent string. Cookies set by our site are listed in section 6.
3. Legal basis & purpose
We process this data to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: execution of pre-contractual procedures and legitimate interest, LGPD art. 7, V & IX) and to comply with regulatory obligations (NCC Education centre records). Cookie data is processed only with your consent (LGPD art. 7, I).
4. Sharing
Form submissions are routed to admission@sapienciaenglish.com.br or partnership@sapienciaenglish.com.br. We use Resend (sub-processor in the EU/US) to deliver emails, Lovable Cloud (Supabase, EU region) to store records, and Google reCAPTCHA v3 for bot protection. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, and revocation of consent at any time by writing to contato@institutosapiencia.com.br.
6. Cookies we use
Necessary: language preference and session state — always active. Analytics: Plausible (anonymous, no personal identifiers). Marketing: remarketing pixels (only set if you accept). You can change your choices any time by clearing site data in your browser; the consent banner will appear again.
7. Data retention
Lead records are retained for 24 months from the last interaction. Consent records are retained for 5 years for audit purposes. NCC Education programme records are retained as required by the awarding body.
